I grew up in a house where creativity wasn’t optional, it was the air we breathed. My dad was a TV producer and serial entrepreneur who bet on himself every single time. My mom a writer and business manager. Between the big dreams, our faith, and the constant feast-or-famine chaos, I learned early that a clear creative vision can be a powerful force multiplier.

That upbringing stuck. For the last 25 years I’ve lived at the crossroads of brand, creative, and systems thinking. I’ve helped shape brands for Lexus, Starbucks, The Ritz-Carlton, Häagen-Dazs, Duracell, and P&G. I co-founded a content operation that reached 48 million households, built two agencies from zero, led creative at the C-suite level, and now split my time between running BAMCO and serving as Chief Experience Officer at 120VC.
